Leech limit-cap which is the maximum amount of HP/MP you can steal from an enemy per skill in Cabal. You can steal a maximum of 14 HP/MP per skill when you are level 140. For default the base cap is 10% of your current level(Cabal powerleveling) (Lv/10). So if we take the earlier example, you would be able to steal 25 HP, but because of the cap you only steal 14 HP.
To raise the cap you can equip items that add HP(cheap cabal alz) and/or MP per hit. These items have a line in their description that says 鈥淢ax HP Steal per hit + X鈥? This adds a certain amount of HP/MP to your leech limit-cap. Then you add a Vampiric Earring+3 to your Life Absorb ring+3, This earring gives +25 HP/MP max steal, if you were to be Level 140, your current leech cap would be: 14+25 = 39 (where 14 is your base Lv/10), thus now you would be leeching up to 39 HP/MP per hit, just keep adding until you are on your current max leeching capabilities.
There is also a "Leech limit-cap" cap next to your Leech limit-cap. This basically means there is a max amount of HP/MP you can regain with leeching gear. This cap is at 5% of your max HP/MP. So if you have 2000 HP and 500 MP, you can leech a maximum of 100 HP and 25 MP. How much vampiric gear you add, this cap will not be affected by anything (except raising your HP/MP with buffs or gear).

For Bladers in Cabal, sometimes like to call Bladers in party DD or DeeDee, due to his main role. Life as a Blader is both easy and hard, all in one. It's easy because all you have to do is damage-damage-damage, without worrying about other things such as rebuffing others or casting Fury or positioning yourself strategically so that the AoE of your skills/BM clears the space surrounding the boss for the other classes. No. All you have to do is turn BM on, find yourself a target and dont stop hitting until it is dead.
And you have to be careful at the buffs when you play your Blader. You will have a harder time accommodating all the buffs that you would want because of the limit of 8 buffs, out of which 4 are yours. Another 3 from WI or FA would make it 7, and you always have to have at least 1 buff free for SP, so that鈥檚 pretty much it until level(cabal alz) 150 . You cant use your own short buffs then without losing a buff.
Once you are level(Cabal powerleveling) 150, you can use 9 of them, so it gets a bit easier, you have to use 1 short at a time, to accommodate 4 self buffs, 3 xtra buffs, fury, short buff. Past level 160, everything is easier, but you should still use 1 short at a time, but you can now carry 10 buffs.
